We Need Your Support
We are inviting your participation either to donate time
or funding to our Society. Lawyers giving their time usually
do so every three or four weeks for two-hour sessions. We
are particularly looking for lawyers prepared to give advice
in civil litigation, family, immigration, and criminal matters.
Most lawyers who attend our pro bono clinics agree that
it is a more effective way of helping the clients and demands
less time and resources than the old fashioned method of
pro bono, helping whomever comes into the office to ask
for the lawyer's free time. Please note that we are careful
not to do work covered by Legal Aid.
Access Pro Bono has approximately 80 clinics in BC and also opertes a roster program and a civil chamber program. If you are unable to give time we invite your donation. Our Society relies on gifts from individual lawyers.
